Facts and prices are provided with reservation for printing errors, stock keeping and price increases carried through by suppliers, technical specifications that are unclear, and the possibility of a product selling out.
1. Delivery time
The normal delivery time is 1 respective 3 working days from the day the order was placed.
You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occur. Please contact our Customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.
2. Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact SpareHuset.dk´s Customer service.
3. Payment options
At present, we accept Dankort, eDankort, VisaDankort and PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).
When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner QuickPay (www.quickpay.com) to guarantee secure payments.
When you pay an order throughh PayPal, the amount will be transferred to SpareHuset.dk the same day you place your order.
IMPORTANT! To ensure your safety and comfort, payments are made using a secure order form, which means that all content of the form is encrypted (coded to unrecognizable characters). No external parties will be able to access the information you have given.
Credit card problems
To continue shopping with credit cards, your browser must accept third party cookies. Here's how you should do:
- Firefox: Go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy on the top of the panel -> Select the checkbox labelled 'Accept cookies from sites.'-> Select the checkbox labelled 'Accept third-party cookies.'-> Click OK

Your products will be sent directly to your home address. Larger shipments might have to be collected at your local post-office.
5. Transportation
Delivery occurs at the customer's own risk. As soon as the goods have been entrusted to a transportation company by SpareHuset.dk the firm Etotal SpareHuset, the risk automatically transfers to the customer. This also holds true for partial deliveries. The delivery is sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Should the customer be a „consumer“ in the sense defined by § 13 German Civil Code, the danger of accidental perishability or the accidental ruination of the purchased goods – even in the event of a „sale to destination“ - first becomes the legal responsibility of the customer after the goods have been delivered. The same holds in respect to the delivery, should SpareHuset.dk the customer receive the goods belatedly.
All prices are in cash, including value-added tax/sales tax, as well as other ensuing charges for packaging, handling and transportation.
Domestic shipments of orders above DKK2.000 within Denmark are free of charge. We post the shipping charges for SpareHuset.dk deliveries at shipping. In case the goods are shipped to a foreign country outside the European trading zone, the customer also bears the tariffs and fees.
The goods should be examined immediately after SpareHuset.dk delivery by the customer or an authorized individual to detect any transportation damages. Detectible transportation damages are to be reported without delay in written form. Packaging damages are to be confirmed in written form by the transportation company upon delivery.
In general, any information SpareHuset concerning delivery dates is not legally binding, unless a definite date of delivery has been set in writing.
Claims for damages against the firm Etotal SpareHuset arising from non-fulfilment of contract or delay are excluded to the extent neither premeditation nor gross negligence SpareHuset.dk can be established.
The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during any return transport.
6. Return policy
You are entitled to return undamaged and unused products to SpareHuset.dk. Notifications about this must be done, at the latest, within 14 days after receiving the item. Please contact Customer Service with your return notification in order to properly register the return with SpareHuset.dk. Customer service will provide you with return instructions and return address.

The message, to customer service, must contain the following information:
a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return.
The returned product must be unused and in an undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic must be intact). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return in the message field below. You will have to pay the return postage. Returned items sent as "cash on delivery" will not be accepted.
SpareHuset.dk guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact Customer service at SpareHuset.dk upon receiving the item or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the item.
Customer service will handle your complaint. Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or error report in the comment field below. The returned product must be in
a largely unused state in its original package. Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). Keep a personal copy as it is also your CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE.
IMPORTANT! You must contact Customer service before you return incorrectly delivered or damaged products to get the return request approved.
The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.
7. Non picked up goods
If we receive packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment; currently € 5. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 10 days.
8. Security
SpareHuset.dk uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a protocol for secure transmission of data over the Internet (or other networks). A protocol is a set of rules and procedures on how data are to be handled. The SSL protocol has been developed by the company Netscape Communications and is now an industry standard for secure transmissions.
SSL protocol processes the data in several different ways in the purpose of making it unreadable
for malicious third parties. The processing is called encryption. When the data is received by the recipient SSL reprocesses (decrypts) it again to make it readable for the recipient and a control is made to ensure that the sender of the data is the valid one (Server authentication). It also checks that the data have not been changed during transmission (Message integrity).
SSL uses digital certificates to validate sender, recipient or both sender and recipient of the data transfer. A digital certificate is the "tool" that is used to tie the information about an individual or a company to a so called "public key". This key has two purposes:
All SSL certificates for the Internet use are handled by companies that are certified as certificate creators (or authorities). This brings that all SSL-certificates are unique and correctly made. Everyone applying for a SSL-certificate has to prove their company or their own identity to be able to purchase the certificate.
The only demand for customers is that they have a webbrowser that can use SSL which two of the most common webbrowsers Internet Explorer and Netscape communicator have been able to since long.
